Floor plans and measurement for property in Spain

I travel to Spain regularly and measure on site in the provinces of Castellón, Valencia and Alicante. Every room is measured digitally and worked out according to the Dutch NEN 2580 measuring standard, so you receive a verifiable area per room and per floor instead of an estimate taken from an old brochure.

Spanish terms such as superficie útil and superficie construida are translated into a clear overview, including how they relate to the figures registered in the Catastro. That matters when the advertised size and the registered size do not match.

Sales floor plans are drawn for property portals and brochures: light room fills, clear room names and the area per room, so a buyer understands the layout at a glance.

Rental floor plans are for holiday homes, B&Bs, small hotels and rental platforms such as Spot a Home: a clear layout with the area per room and a clear split between private and shared spaces, so prospective tenants see exactly how the property is organised and how large it is before they book or sign.
